Question: Hi Doctor,
I am getting sharp pain in my stomach since last two days. Even after eating am feeling like stomach is empty.

Thanks for your query, albeit short.
You have given a history of sharp pain in stomach for 2 days and stomach is feeling empty even after eating. This is insufficient history for any conclusion.
Please give me some additional information for me to assist you further:
- Site of pain ?
- Any associated nausea, vomiting, bloating, change in bowel habits like constipation or loose stools?
- Any other problems like diabetes, thyroid or Gynecological problems?
Feedback to these questions will help me to have some clinical diagnosis.
Till then you can certainly take a PPI like Omeprazole and an antispasmodic tablet to relieve pain.

I have bloating problem and pain in upper part of stomach.

You may please take the following:
PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid gel 3 teaspoonful every 3 hours when you are empty stomach.
Soft bland diet.
Small frequent meals, this means take breakfast, lunch, brunch in the evening and dinner.
Avoid stress and anxiety, this increases the problems.
Antispasmodic like Buscopan or so if the pain is more.
If there is relief, well and good.
If no relief please get an appointment for Gastroenterologist and get the following investigations done:
Upper GI endoscopy.
Ultrasonography.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
