Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

The symptoms you described can be due to number of causes in which abnormalities in heart ryhthm is serious one.
They are atrial fibrillation, premature ventricular contractions, supraventricular tachycardia atrial flutter and other rythm disorders. They can give such type of symptoms.
For that purpose you have to do ecg preferebly when you experience these sypmtoms and other option is 24 hrs holter montering which record your heart rhytm for 24 hrs and any abnormality can be detected.
Other possible causes can be panic attacks acute stress conditions and genralized anxiety disorders for which you need psychiatric consultation.
Other medical causes also include menieres disease which causes tinitis ear fullnes and dizzines there is also fluctuating hearing loss, all other differentials for tinnitis comes under this like lybrinthitis otosclerosis noise trauma abnormally patent eustachian tube
Anemia hypoglycemia migrain can also be the cause

So an ecg is necessary
Hb and blood sugar should also be tested. Pure tone audiometry can also be done.

Hope it helps
thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

The ecg at the time of experiencing the symtoms can only exclude any abnormality in the rythm.
Some times these are paroxysmal attacks.

And if that has been cleared then you must consult a good psychiatrist to manage your anxiety and if you have these sypmtoms in assosiation with any social events or any special occasion you have to face then it make this case stronger.

Hope it helps
Thanks.
