Question: Hello doctor, i hope you can help me out about my skin allergy. Yesterday, I woke up with small blisters on some part of my stomach, I thought it was from my clothes but there's a blister on my left jaw also, that I crashed that idea. Then, it worsens because I touched my scalp & found 4 more blisters. I put an ointment on these blisters hoping it will be ok but it starting to get so itchy & painful. When I accidentally popped one, it became much worse. It gets bigger, the place where the original blister has been was well, it looks dry but there are blisters surrounding it. I drunk 2 egg whites for the past 2 hrs. It did relieve me a little of the itchiness but it's back again. It's on my face & back now. Please help! My mom always used egg white for first aid skin allergy & if it's too much & nothing happens, she let us take a small dose of celestamine since we are not used to antibiotics. Can you please provide a prescription of the medicine im going to take? Im living in thailand. I am also allergic to some medicines especially the high dosage ones. much appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Calamine lotion, tablet cetirizine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I have gone through your query. It is difficult to say what it is without examination, if possible upload the picture of it.

Based on the information, it appears to be some allergy. Have you eaten something which you haven't eaten before? Or you may have unknowingly come in contact with some allergen which might be responsible for it.

I would have advised you not to scratch or break it open, wash the affected area with XXXXXXX warm water and mild soap like dermadew soap. Let it dry and then apply calamine lotion with alovera.
I would have prescribed you tablet cetirizine 10 mg taken once daily for three days. If the symptom persists after three days it is better to get yourself examined by a doctor once.

Hope this helps,
Take care
