Brief Answer:
PPI, Antacid, Avoid stress and anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of pains under breast bones and throwing up acid and air.
These symptoms are indicative of Gastritis.
I would advise you to take PPI like Omeprazole, antacid liquid 3 tsf every three hours, small frequent meals, early dinner.
Keeping away the stress and anxiety are the most important factors in most of the patients.
Avoid painkillers as they increase gastritis, your Doctor would advise you a suitable one.
Addition of Domperidone may help for nausea and vomiting.
Please insist for Upper GI Endoscopy and other investigations as per the clinical evaluation and examination.

I hope this answer helps you.
