Suggest Remedy For Pain In Testicles While Riding And Standing
Question: Dear Sir,
Am 26 year male.
I have a testicle pain while am standing long time (about an hour) and also riding bike. That pain going to my abdomen later, (The only solution to move the pain When i removed my underwear and lay down in bed).
When i wearing tight under wear i have feel discomfort in my testicle, if i wear loose under wear the testicle become hanging and got a pain after an hour.
This problem has occurred me about a 4years ago and i consult doctor and do several check up scanning, blood test etc... but they cant find any thing wrong...
Am really disappointed any time feeling discomfort my testicle some times have pain.

Testicular pain might be related to Infection, injury or vascular pathology like varicocoele.
At the outset I would like more details to help you better
Is there any swelling or redness present over the testis?
Is it in both the side or one side only?
Please upload me all the reports, if possible
Have you been advised for colour doppler or testing for TB?
In my opinion you should not wear tight underwear and wear loosely fitted cotton undergarments
Meanwhile you can take ibuprofen and paracetamol combination drug for pain and discomfort.
you should use scrotal support

i have no swelling or redness!
have pain only right testicle!
Am not wearing tight under and i don't have to use loose boxers brief also because while hanging after about an hour pain will come.
