Please tell me the details so that we can discuss further

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your query.
Read and understood your problems. I can understand when you have a problem, pain but the Doctors and ultrasonography tell you this to be normal.

Well, please give me detailed history one by one.
When did the injury occur?
Was there any swelling that time?
What type of a pain do you get - like pins, burning, throbbing or what type?
How often do you get such a pain in a day?
Any relation to any sort physical activities?
Any relation to temperature changes?
Is there any hernia?
Please tell me anything related to this and then we can discuss further to get a possible diagnosis.

Review by anothrr General Surgeon/ Urologist/Radiologist.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Left sided varicocele can pain like you described.
You injury was long ago and whether it is there can be due to varicocele .
I would advise you the following.:
It is better to get a second opinion of another General Surgeon or an Urologist and color dopple examination of the scrotum to get the proper diagnosis.

If you have a pain, there has to be a reason.
Some patients of varicocele do get benefit by surgical correction.
