Brief Answer:
Fix an appointment with your Gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

This light vaginal bleeding that you are noticing is not normal. It could be due to:
1.     Atrophic vaginitis- Thinning and inflammation of vaginal mucosa due to low estrogen levels in the body. In this case you usually experience burning/itching in the vulva and vagina. Since you have not mentioned these symptoms, probably this is not the cause for vaginal bleeding in your case.
2.     Womb (uterus) and cervical ( neck of the womb) polyps-These are growths usually non cancerous seen in the uterus or cervix.
3.     Endometrial hyperplasia—Thickening of the lining of the womb. This can be caused by hormone replacement therapy too.
4.     It can sometimes be due to serious condition like cancer of uterus, cervix or vagina.
Therefore it is extremely important that you fix an appointment with your Gynecologist to find out the cause for vaginal bleeding.
At the clinic your doctor will perform a pelvic examination and a vaginal ultrasound scan. She will take a sample of lining of the womb for examination under microscopy to make sure that there is no serious cause for the bleeding. Based on the findings of these examination she will discuss further management.

I hope I have answered your concerns.
