Question: 10 weeks ago a table leg hit me in the head and i have been left with a little dent what does this mean ? i am 31 years old

The recent injury has caused some soft tissues damage as well as superficial bones injury. Even if there was no wound seen on the skin, due to sudden tissues compression, some cells were destroyed.

In simple words, superficial injury can also leave kind of scar. Such dent is a scar. It does not indicate anything serious. Its just a mark of the injury. And it can stay with you for a long time.
I assume that you are wondering if the injury has caused bone fracture. Its possible, but most of the fractures in the head area, do not need any treatment. 10 weeks after the injury is long enough to heal even fractured bone.

So no need to do anything with it.
