Brief Answer:
It will not grow again, needs treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and with the images that you have sent almost half of the crown of tooth has broken and with this much of fracture of the crown of the tooth there is a probable chance that the nerves must have got exposed which are present in the central portion of tooth..

You are not feeling any pain that can be due to nerve damage as a result of trauma..

It will not grow on its own and you need to get it treated.

Please answer a few questions so that I can guide you towards proper treatment..

1.Although there is no pain, is there any sensitivity to hot and cold foods and fluids or air?

2.Is the tooth tender on pressing or tapping?

3.As slight change in colour of tooth is evident in image, but I would like to confirm from you that is it true?

Kindly reply me with the following answers so that I will tell you how should you proceed towards treatment.

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks and regards.

1. I dont feel any hot or any pain if i eat. But for the air i feel somehow on the tooth yesterday but not anymore today. When it happened yesterday, i put my tongue on it and i feels somehow but I don't feel that way anymore today if I put my tongue on it.

2. To my understanding to your second question. The tooth is not either tapping or pressing.

3. No, the color hasn't change. I've been using injection violent on the wound on lip so it the color of the injection violent you are seeing.

I need your advice how I can treat it so it won't affect me badly.

Brief Answer:
Root Canal Treatment followed by capping is the treatment to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again.

As per the answers I would like to tell you that although there does not seems to be nerve exposure but only a thin layer of the tooth material that is dentin seems to be covering the nerves and a little manipulation of tooth will cause nerve exposure and can become painful..

Nothing to worry about it, consult an Endodontist and get an IOPAR (x-ray) done and after checking for any fractures in root portion of tooth if all is fine he will do a Root Canal Treatment followed by capping of tooth with a full ceramin crown by matching the colour of the crown with that of adjacent natural teeth so that it looks like exactly natural teeth..

It will give longevity to the broken tooth as well as improve the looks of your face.

Hope this information helps..

Any further questions are welcome..

If your query is solved please give me a positive review and give a Five Star Rating as a token of appreciation..

Thanks and regards.

Hello,

The root canal treatment follow by capping of the tooth with a full ceramin crown by matching the color of the crown, does this mean they will remove half of teeth and fix an artificial one? If they will have to remove it and fix an artificial one my father doesn't want them to remove the teeth cause he's afraid of the risk. Please advice me so I can know the proper treatment to go for and guess how much it would cost and would there be any effect later on even if I do the root canal treatment follow by the capping of the tooth.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Crown will be placed over the broken tooth and does not need removal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

As per your query Root Canal Treatment is done by cutting down the nerves of tooth undur local anaesthesia so that the tooth does not hurt..
After cleaning the nerves, the tooth and its root canals are filled with an inert filling material, so that it does not get infected in future..

After root canal treatment is done the tooth is reduced in size and given a proper shape to retain a crown..

This will save your natural tooth as well as well as improve your looks as it is front tooth..

If done properly the treatment will not effect later and will last for years without any problems..

The charges will depend upon your location and it can be better estimated by the dentist you consult for treatment..

So better consult an Endodontist and get treatment done..

Hope this information helps.

Any further questions are welcome..

Brief Answer:
Right now medicines not needed as there is not pain or signs of infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

As per the complete discussion and images that you have sent as of now there does not seems any infection in the tooth as you do not have pain or any discomfort..

The exact treatment that should be done I have described you in previous discussions, but in case if you do not want to get it treated and want to leave it as it is, nothing is needed to be done now and no medicine is needed..

If ever you get pain you can take antibiotics like Amoxicillin and painkillers like Ibuprofen.

Right now nothing is needed to be done..

Any further questions are welcome..
