Question: Dear Doctor,
My height is 5 ft 7 inch and my weight is 72 kg.My concern is that i have fats only on lower abdomen and i do have love handle. I have been trying to get rid of these since 3 month i started going to gym and doing workout.My problem is that body is very soft as compared to my other friend i mean to say i have very soft tissue like girls what i feel.
My lower region and my waistline lower stomach and love handle looks like girls is it due to testosterone deficiency or genetics something else?
Please help me out i am very much frustrated. For your better assement i have attached the photograph.Both in standing position and bent position in bent position it looks quite weird.Please help me out what to do?

Your abdominal muscles are not well developed and that is why it is not as hard/flat as your friend's. You have to continue with the workout sessions as it can easily take up to one year of continuous dedication to workout sessions to develop these muscles fully. Do not get disturbed by this and keep up working hard. You will get there. If need be, get a personal trainer to help you work and develop these muscles to help you achieve the great look you wish for.

Sir,
Have you seen my waist line,lowerabdomen,lovehandle these are looking weird and my question was is it due to hormonal deficiency also according to my height my weight is not on the higher side.
Its absolutely looking weird sir.Try to understand my problem and suggest me should i go for hormone check as i dont have any other health issue. Help me out sir

Hello Doctor,
I am very sorry that you didn't understand my question completely.
My question was that maybe or may be not testosterone deficiency would be a cause but i have got my testosterone evaluated.
Second thing about love handles as know it is a stub burn area to lose fat i would it in confidence that it is very very difficult to respond to exercise cause may be numerous genetic and i think only liposuction surgery would be the only option.
I also did ask to you about soft skin it meant that saggy tissue.
