Some white spots are appearing on my penile head. What should I do?

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like vitiligo.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply mometasone cream on the white spot in the morning and tacrolimus 0.03 percent ointment at on the white spot at bedtime .
This treatment needs to be continued for a long time but under the supervision of the doctor.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Can Vitiligo spread to whole body. Is it communicable. Can I continue with my married life?

Vitiligo can spread to whole body but it is seen rarely.
It is not communicable.
