Some white spots are appearing on my penile head. What should I do?

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like vitiligo.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply mometasone cream on the white spot in the morning and tacrolimus 0.03 percent ointment at on the white spot at bedtime .
This treatment needs to be continued for a long time but under the supervision of the doctor.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
