Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Weight loss of 23 pounds is significant and needs to be sought out especially with a prior history of radiation and malignancy.

Fever, weight loss and night sweats are signs of an underlying cause. Complete blood count, ESR/CRP, thyroid function tests , basic metabolic panel including blood sugar, liver function tests, electrolytes and an ultrasound of the neck can be advised as part of the workup. Sputum for AFB and chest x ray can also be done after consulting your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
