Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried so much . keep watch on swelling .

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome .

I have read your answers . As long as the swelling is soft in consistency and you have no pain this can be due to cellulitis secondary to gum infection or it can be salivary gland infection . There is nothing to be worried so much for this swelling.

For this I will suggest you some home remedies :
- Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and brush your teeth regularly.
- Use chlorhexidine mouthwash.
Do these remedies and keep watch on swelling if size of swelling increase or it doesn't resolve in one week then consult oral surgeon for clinical examination and investigation .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
