Suggest Remedies For Rashes Under The Foreskin And On The Penis Head
Question: I am not circumcised. I have a rash under the foreskin and on the head of my penis. How should I treat it?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have either Fungal or Bacterial infection of Glans Penis and Foreskin(Ballano Posthatitis)
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you Diabetic ?
2) Is there itching of foreskin ?
In most of the cases at elderly age are due to Genito Cutaneous Candidiasis the reason being uncontrolled Diabetes .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
If you are diabetic take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Get your blood sugar levels test done to see status of diabetes .

I have Type 2 diabetes but haven't needed any medication for it.
It does itch.
