Welcome to HCM.
Pearly penile granules are benign (non cancerous) and 2-3 mm sized growth over penis.They are nothing but tiny white sebaceous glands (oil producing glands) and normal anatomical variant.
They look like small raised flesh colored to white colored round lesions over the coronal area of penis or the head of penis.They may also secrete small amount of waxy material, which can and should be washed frequently.
They usually develop during the puberty and may persist till adult hood.
They are considered as a normal skin variations, mostly seen in uncircumcised penis.So,there is no need to remove it as they are completely normal.
So, no treatment is required for them unless they become inflamed or painful.
They are more common in uncircumcised men but occasionally seen in circumscribed men.
If treatment is desired, carbon dioxide laser vaporization or electro-surgery may destroy the lesions.For that,you can consult skin specialist who will guide you further.
