Question: my anklie has been swelling for a day are so
I got bites around it I think its redbugs worried bout heart cause I've heard swelling ankle could b heart fakuire

Detailed Answer:
After having a look on the image which you have attached these are your toes not ankle.

It looks more of an allergic skin rash to something rather than any heart failure.

You can take some antihistaminic like Cetrizine 5mg at bed time for 5 days and apply some broadspectrum skin ointment. Try for 3 4 days if it heals then alright otherwise consult your doctor personally.
