Suggest Remedies For Migraine Headache

Question: For 3 days, pulsating feeling on left side of the head. No pain, no eye problems, no nausea, no fever, Lasts for a little while, stops, and restarts. When tongue is stuck out, it comes out straight (checking for stroke symptom). What could this be.
