Question: need to know if it is a allergic reaction to something or scabies or a std ? it is on the side of my thighs where a person would get chub rub

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Image
Seems like a dermatitis.
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream Or mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
In addition you may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Tablet Cetrizine is otc
