Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Wash eye regularly with clean moderately cold water, get artificial tear drops from a nearby pharmacy and use then thrice a day and dont wash eyes withing one hour of use.

Take brufen 400mg thrice a day this will help with pain and will reduce inflammation too.
Also use citerizine or any other anyihistamin daily at night till you see your doctor.

You actually will need a steroid and NSAID eye drop if this is keratitis and those will not be available OTC probably but you can ask your particular pharmacy if they are.

Don't panic things should get better if you follow my suggestions. Do contact your doctor ASAP.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.
