hello doctor I suffer from Querathoconos and I am using felixble gas permeable contact lenses. But since I started using them, I get vertigo if I eat right after putting em on. I admit I do not sleep as much as I do (avreage 6 hours). Why does the vertigo occur, how to avoid it and what is the easiest way to the symptoms

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo which is an issue of the inner ear.
I suggest using medication such as Meclizine Hydrochloride three times a day.
I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
