Suggest Ideal Diet Plan To Lose Weight

Question: I am 28 years old female. My height is 153 cms and weight is 78. I want to lose my weight as I get exhausted very soon and feel lazy whole day. I tried many diets but can't continue them due to lack of strong determination. I really want to lose my weight as it's getting uncomfortable with it. please suggest is 40 kg my ideal weight. also diet plan to lose weight. I am not all for gym but okay to go for run twice a day for total 2 hours in a day all 7 days a week. I am also OK for crunches.

I have gone through your query. As your height is 153 cm your ideal weight should be 53 plus or minus 5 in kg. You can attain this by following a proper diet and regular exercise. Check your thyroid profile also. In case of hypothyroidism it will be difficult to lose weight. In such case thyroxine supplementation will be needed.

Exercises:
1. You can go for a regular jogging or swimming which helps in burning excess calories and fat in body. When you jog go with at least 8 km per hour speed. Then only it will help in burning of fat.
2. You can do sit ups at home. Do it till you get totally exhausted.
3. You can also do abs exercises by after lying down on the floor. Do it for lower abs and upper abs. Lie down and lift your head towards the abdomen for upper abs and lift both legs for lower abs. Strength of lifting should be laid up on abdomen. You can put some weight above abdomen while doing this also.
4. You can take off 1 or 2 days per week in between for exercises. Fix a constant time table for these.
Food:
1. Don't avoid break fast. You can even take boiled eggs for break fast.
2.Avoid soft drinks,colas, excess of coffee and tea.
3.You can take green tea or black tea with out sugar which helps in stopping urge to eat excessively.
4. Also take more plain water.
5.Take dinner at least 2 hours before sleep. It should be light also. It is better to have it before 7pm.
6.Take whole grain foods. Whole wheat bread and rye bread is good for weight loss.
7.Instead of fruit juices take whole fruits.
8. Avoid junk foods as much as possible.
9.Don't try to miss your meals as this may gives the urge to eat more for the next meal.

Lemon detox diet won't suit every one.

Hi and welcome.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Lemon detox diet is a liquid diet with mixture of lemon, maple syrup , cayne pepper and water. It will be difficult to follow and some get increased gastric discomfort.

I will give you a simple XXXXXXX diet plan.

After getting up drink plain water or take lemon juice in hot water 2 cups.

If you can't avoid coffee or tea you can take after half to 1 hour with moderate sugar or skimmed milk.

For break fast you can take whole wheat tortillas or chappatis 2 nos. or rye bread. 1 boiled egg and mixed beans masala.

Between breakfast you can have an Apple or Banana. As drink you can take butter milk.

For lunch you can begin with mixed vegetable salad. Followed by brown rice 1 and half cups with chicken breast or fish like mackeral curry and spinach. Half cup curd .

Evening you can take 1 cup of coffee or tea with skimmed milk and moderate sugar. You can also take arrow root biscuits 2 or 3.

Dinner you can start with mixed fruit salad. Followed by oats porridge 1 and half cup.

You can take 1 glass of skimmed milk before bed time.

Take more plain water in the intervals.

You can consult a dietician in person for an individaulized diet plan.
