Given some practical advices

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Yes there are homepathic remedies that can help you, but those are not as effective as the medicines who would be used to relieve symptoms.

- Drink plenty of fluids (water, teas)...will help you remain hydrated.
- Chamomile tea will help you sleep well, propolis and mint tea will help with the cough and congestion.
- Ear lots of fruits with vit C, so the recovery will be faster.
- Honey helps with the sore throat.
- Rubbing alcohol/vinegar in the chest has been used to help with cough too.

Hope these are helpful and useful advises.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako

My 13 year old daughter has complained of twisty upset stomach for 3 days now. She had a low-grade fever, but it is gone. Today she s still complaining of an upset stomach, not menstrual cramps . No vomiting , no diarrhea . She says it s not stress or anxiety , but she doesn t feel well enough to go to school. Could she have a bug or strep? In the past she had these symptoms and no sore throat, but turned out she had strep. I m debating whether to take her to the doctor because if it s viral, the doctor can t give her anything anyway, but then again, it could be strep. I think she really doesn t feel well, but my husband thinks she s faking. She said the pain was 7 on a scale of 1-10, today 6.
