Brief Answer:
Listed all the approaches to managing sciatica pain ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Let me jot down some of the treatment approaches used mainly for sciatica:

+Mild forms of exercise (e.g. 30 minutes of walking per day)
+Do not go about any strenuous forms of exercise at all (only cardio allowed)
+Avoid wearing tight fitted clothes
+Avoid sitting or standing for long durations of time
+Rest your leg as much as possible during sciatica episodes
+Use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen, naproxen, tylenol) to relieve pain
+Muscle relaxants (available only on prescription)
+Sleep on a comfortable bed, and not one that causes worsening of the pain
+Weight loss (especially if you are overweight or obese)
+Dietary changes to promote weight loss (as well as prevent weight gain mainly because you are not going to be too physically active)
+If you are experiencing troubling lower back pain then anti-depressants should be prescribed as they work best to help cope with the pain and relieve it

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

My best wishes.
