Suggest Dosage For Pylokit?

Question: Hello sir my h.pylori value us 4.01 Nd i hve GERD b grade ulcers ,hiatus hernia i use one kit just for 7 days hving clarithromycin,amoxicillin and iansoprazole but after 2 mnths still h.pylori positive vd 4 value ...should i go for pylokit plzz suggest me m in tension ...

In my opinion you should repeat the course and take it for complete 2 weeks and PPI for 2 months.
You can also take antacid like diagene or gelusil.

you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks.
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking is required

If it doesn't improve than I would advise you for an endoscopy by an gastroenterologist.

Add less milk and less tea leaves while making tea

One more query sir , i hve chest pain rt.side too is it also concern vd dis disease and mild itching all over d body ,should i need to start liv 52 as side effects of PYLOKIT nd plzz tell me timing of medicines before or after food nd also about syrup...

you should take esomeprazole half an hour before the meal and amoxicillin and clarithromycin after the food. Side effects of pilokits are well tolerated and it doesn't have any long term effects.

I would advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen and blood test like liver function test and lipid profile.

If everything comes normal than you need not to take Liv 52, itching might be related to local allergy or contact dermatitis.

you should not lie down immediately after food and have small and frequent meals.
