Brief Answer:
You can take normal diet.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Most important thing is to know why there is a slight rise in Creatinine level and it is permanent or transient.
Many a times slight increase in serum creatinine levels occurs due to dehydration.
I would advise you to get proper hydration done by drinking plenty of water and get it repeated. If it is still high , then you would require Ultrasound and Doppler of Kidneys and vessels.
As far as diet is concerned, if you have no protein in Urine , you can carry on with normal diet.
Just don't consume excessive protein.
Don't take any medicines specially pain killers without consulting your doctor.
A perfect control of blood pressure is required with good intake if water.
So, get your serum creatinine repeated and write back to me.
If you have any further query please ask me.
