Brief Answer:
Dietary habits wont matter

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxx,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about infertility.

Following is my reply:

1) Dietary habits really dont matter while trying for pregnancy.]

2) What is important is maintain a normal weight for your height by reducing weight if you are overweight / obese.

3) Most important point looking at your age is getting evaluated for infertility by doing HSG ( Hysterosalpingogram) and semen analysis.

4) Getting regular follicular growth scan to know when to have sexual intercourse is another important point.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol
