Brief Answer:
Healthy diet will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day. You can get a diet plan charted out by your dietician according to your food preferences. Have more omega-3 fatty acids in your diet each day by consuming chia seeds, flax seeds or trying to get in fish servings each week. Aim for 1,000 – 2,000 mg a day of omega-3 fatty acids, which is about 2 to 3 ounces of fish, 2 tablespoons of walnuts, or 2 tablespoons flaxseeds or chia seeds.
Do some basic things to improve fertility:
1) Avoid stress by yoga/deep breathing regularly (20-30 times).
2) Drink plenty of fluids/water and eat leafy vegetables & fruits.
3) Control body weight by regular physical exercise.
4) Maintain personal hygiene and need proper sleeping.
5) Avoid alcohol coffee and smoking completely.
In addition to following a smart eating plan with low-fat, high-fiber foods, get regular exercise also.
Basically pregnancy depends on proper timing of ovulation & unprotected sex.
You both may take folic acid & vitamin E supplements with healthy diet.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.
