Question: i have something hard protruding from my vagina and it burns and i urinate constantly and feel i have to do number 2 also constantly a lot of gas

The hard painless lump protruding from your vagina with frequency of micturition and bowel movements can be due to cystocele or a rectocele. In this , a part of the urinary bladder or rectal wall protrudes out from the vaginal opening thus causing the frequency.
A direct examination by a gynecologist is necessary to diagnose the condition. Initial treatment involves pelvic floor exercises and at later stages, surgery may be required.
