Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Your TSH levels were in range of Subclinical Hypothyroidism. In normal instances we don't give treatment for that. But if you are planning to conceive then you have to take thyroxine supplement.
Continue with Levothyrixine 25 micrograms. Repeat your thyroid profile after 6 weeks and write to me again. Either open this query again or mention my name on your query so that it is forwarded to me only.
Another thing I want to make you clear. Your TSH levels came in range because you took the supplement. If you will stop taking it your TSH will rise again.
In case of pregnancy we usually keep TSH levels to around 2.5
So you have to take this medicine.
