Question: prostate exam showed 2.7x3.2x2.5 cm. Volume is 22 cc. Prostate has an inhomogenous texture with calcifications. What does that mean??

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
Prostate size is just enlarged but that does not always mean you need to be treated.
Treatment is necessary only if you have urinary symptoms and reduced urine flow as measured by urine flow test (Uroflowmetry).
Texture with calcifications suggest old chronic prostatitis and as such need no specific treatment unless the above mentioned things are present.
Also please check your serum psa level and take things from there.
