Brief Answer:
Precautions can minimize risk

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

There is no specific medical intervention that would directly reduce the impact of pollution on your health. You can however minimize the hazards by taking some precautions. Carry a mask to be used especially in heavily polluted areas. Update your immunization status with your local health authorities especially with respect to pneumonia, influenza, hepatitis and malaria vaccination and prophylaxis. Carry essential medical items in a small first aid kit in consultation with your doctor, especially if you have an existing respiratory or allergic condition.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
