Brief Answer:
Mostly NOT PREGNANT. beta HCG if needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1.First of all do not panic.

2. If your emergency pill taken on 23rd was within 72 hours of unprotected sex act, then the bleeding that you have experienced can be due to effect of high dose of progesterone hormone in the emergency contraceptive pill .

3. As you are already 2 weeks late and have negative pregnancy tests- twice;
i will suggest you to simply wait for your regular periods.

You are most likely NOT PREGNANT.
Till then please do use barrier contraceptive like condom. This will help to prevent any further dilemma.
In case of doubt you can go for blood beta HCG test.

4.Secondly, i would like to know about your white discharge . Is it vaginal discharge or discharge from nipples?

I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
Thank you and best regards!

Hello,
The white milky discharge is odorless and is vaginal.
Sometimes I feel cramps like I'm getting my period, I also noticed that my areolas are bigger and more pink.

Brief Answer:
Vaginal hygiene, Manage PMS, Control menstrual bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

Please don't worry about your vaginal discharge, if it is not itching or foul smelling.

I will suggest you to keep the private parts clean and dry. Use of Lactic acid vaginal wash daily during bath time will be of help.

Secondly, if you get confirmed report that you are not pregnant then your symptoms like breast changes can be due to PMS - premenstrual syndrome .

In that case, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Use of Tab long acting form of Vitamin B 6, evening prinerose oil and Vitamin E one each every night for 3 months will be of help.

Also, if you are getting signals as if your periods might be starting then I will suggest you to patiently wait for the onset of periods.

Periods after emergency contraceptive pill are a bit erratic. They can be scanty or heavy. You can use Tab of Tranexamic acid 500 mg to control the bleeding if needed during periods.

I hope this answer helps you. Thanks.
