Brief Answer:
Follow healthy lifestyle&diet changes first....

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

To my opinion, for the time being, you can follow a healthy diet and exercise more to your blood pressure limits. This can be last for at least 3 months.

After 3 months, you can repeat the tests again, and see if any improvement. If still no improvement, then, can go for nutritional supplements.

I always recommend my patients to make good changes first, then, go for extra supplements if no results.

Hope it helped! Please write me back if you need further clarifications!
