Brief Answer:
You can safely have normal child with proper Iq level

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Hypothyroidism does not arrest a women from having successful pregnancy and successful mother hood. The babies can be born for hypothyroid mother who are on regular thyroid supplements and the thyroxine levels at normal range. You can safely have normal child with normal IQ level as the ones who do not have hypothyroidism.

Since you have normal T4 levels and on stable dosage you should go ahead with pregnancy now. However as the pregnancy progresses say after 12 weeks of pregnancy you may need higher dose so please let your doctor know about it. You can now start taking Iron and folic acid supplements to prepare yourself for pregnancy.
