Is Non Reactive HIV ELISA Test After 45 Days Of Possible Exposure Conclusive?
Question: Where can i get hiv duo test in XXXXXXX as i asked in SRL they told elisa is the first test and i got tested by elisa (650 rupees) on 45th day after suspected exposure and its non reactive, i am not on any medication but had garlic when i had sore throat on 33rd day for 2 days and its gone. Again after 5 days again i had throat problem so had 5 garlic cloves in 24 hrs and its gone. I have been very stressful so got tested elisa on 45th day in SRL and its non reactive. Plz help by answering

Thank you for your answer. I have tore it of after reading non reactive. The document does not have more than the information. Bellow are the details of the uncontrolled situation. please help.
I had fingered her XXXXXXX and pressed her breast and nipples. After some time (more than 10 mins after cleaning my fingers with cloth) I had kept my mouth on her breast and sucked her nipples. This situation happened in car when AC was on and there we no intercourse. She sucked my penis for few seconds for 2 times.
Her HIV status is unknown and she says she does not have any health issues.
On the next day she was telling she had cuts on her viginia lips due to my nails.
Can you please tell me that the blood due to fingering and viginia cuts and later pressing breast and nipple will cause hiv to me?
This happened on July 16th and on 18th Aug I had 1 day sore throat and fever around 100 and tiredness. I had raw garlic chewed and the throat pain has subsided. After 4 to 5 days again I had sore throat and again I had raw garlic for 1 and half day of 5 cloves and it is cured.
Can you please let me know do I have risk of getting hiv?

I am trying to swallow but its not going in. I used to have this kind of problem even earlier but this time it is scaring more.

You have not attached the image with the answer so I will be able to answer as follows only.
If the ELISA is P24 antigen assay than you can count yourself as HIV non reactive. But if it is antibody ELISA than you need to retest yourself at the end of three month.
If the vagina has active bleeding injury due to fingering, than at the end of penile intercourse you are vulnerable to HIV. Oral sex wont cause HIV.
Other acts like pressing nipple and breast etc. wont make you at risk of HIV.
Chewing garlic can cause soothing effect on the throat so your pain is relieved. Garlic has no effect on the immunity.
Delayed period of your wife is because of PCOD, HIV has no effect on the Periods.
HIV causes once a non specific flu like illness thereafter the flu like symptoms will disappear. Repeat throat pain or infection is not a sign and symptom of HIV.

I am able to get partial report result, i.e, the test which is used and it also says some part of report can not be shown due to category of test.
My biggest worry is this:
I fingered her vagina and due to nails, she told, there are cuts at the vagina lips but I do not see any blood on my fingers and nails.
After fingering I have pressed her breast and nipples, if at all there is blood on my fingers or nails it would have been spread on her breast and nipples and then I cleaned my fingers with cloth to get off the wet.
After 10 to 15 minutes, in between she wore her cloths for few (atleast) mins and later I did not touch her vagina, I kept my mouth on breast and sucked nipples (sorry for my wording) for few seconds. I never had intercourse with this lady.
when I kept my fingers on her breast and nipples after fingering then the blood from the fresh cuts would have spread on her breast and after (minimum) 10 mins I have applied my mouth then the blood would have entered in my mouth.
If at all there is open sore (some times on the inner edge of my tounge due to heat while toung clean I see little blood coming out) then the blood strains on the breast would have got into my mouth and could be cause of virus.
My be I am thinking too much, but due the my swallow problem and some times I'm feeling I have lost weight for 2 to 4 kgs in this period and feeling thin, I am scared and feeling anxiety which is making me too much nervous.
With in this period my son had some food which I bite, so its not making me feel scared.
I see usually the antibodies gets produced by 28 days, I also see in some cases people who were negative after 6 weeks could be positive. What are the chances in my case. I may get the antibodies produced late due to the low risky event?
Is that the reason I need to get tested after 3 months? Between 6 weeks to 3 months is there a chance of forming antibodies with delay?
What could be the reason the antibodies will get produced with delay?
