Brief Answer:
I won't suggest antitubercular medication in present scenario

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the follow up.
I am doing well and I remember the history of illness of your baby.
In fact I was thinking that you didn't turn up and was curious about the condition.
Thanks again for 5 star rating and your positive review.

I have gone through the ADA report. Here ADA value is within normal range. The sensitivity of this ADA value in serum too is not very specific for confirming or rule out the diagnosis of TB. In this condition where Mantoux test was even not needed(due to short history, baby is thriving well and cause of fever was UTI),there is no history of contact with tuberculosis and baby has no signs of immunodeficiency;I wont recommend you to give antitubercular treatment and prophylaxis. The Mantoux test can be positive due to the BCG vaccination and this does not indicates latent infection.
There are other tests like IGRA(Interferon gamma release assay) but this is indicated in children above 5 years of age for diagnosis of latent TB.
Please let me know what is tablet "c" and why it has been prescribed.
So,there is no clear evidence of latent tuberculosis and thus I wont recommend any prophylaxis or treatment.

Wish him a good health.
In future if you have any kind of queries in your mind I shall be glad to solve it out.

Warm regards
