Is High Dose Of Thyroxine Advisable During Pregnancy?

Question: I am 22 weeks pregnant, my TSH level is 7.32 have been taking thyroxine25 and l-folinine tablets, given by doc... now I have shifted to other city there my doctor is saying 25mcg is too low, should start 100mcg...
Will this high dose of thyroxine harm my baby??? Or the earlier low dose has already harmed my baby's brain development.??? I am tensed please tell me,
