Brief Answer:
Give her paracetamol and plenty of fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Most common cause of fever in this age is some viral infection.Teething itself does not causes fever (it is a misconception).
I suggest you to give her paracetamol to bring down the temperature. You may give paracetamol at an interval of 4-6 hours depending on the frequency of fever.Check the dose of paracetamol. The dose is 60 mg/kg/day in 3-6 divided dosage.
Observe for development of any new symptoms like cough/cold,loose motion/vomiting to localise the cause of fever.
In many cases fever may be the only symptom initially and other symptoms develop later on.The treatment modality depends on the symptoms as the develop.
So I won't get overly worried for the temperature.Give her frequent feeds and fluids to maintain proper hydration.
Let me know if other symptoms develop.I shall be glad to help you out if you have any more query.

wishing for her speedy recovery.
Regards
