Is Conception Possible With A Follicle Measure Of 27.9mm?

Question: Today is the 14th day and the Follicle measures 27.9mm , two days back it was 17.9. Is there a chance that the follicle will rupture and conception is possible?

The follicle did not rupture till about 60mins ago, I have been recommended to undergo another USG tomorrow. My gynae suggested that the injection wont help now since the size is beyond what can rupture. I am slightly disappointed since i do not want to miss any cycle for the iui.Is there still hope?
