Nystop can't be used to treat poison ivy as it is an antifungal medicine.
Poison ivy is an allergic reaction.
I would recommend you to take tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
If the reaction is severe and is not improving you might require a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily for 5-7 days.
Steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
