Question: Doctor sie....yesterday night i had intercourse...un protected...i scrub that vaginal area in 15 min..i think my penis is slightly enter that vaginal and exit immidiately ....but ejaculation is not happend...i dont know that reason.....after i realize my penis is slightly wet. Immideialty i wash my penis ....I dont know her hiv status sir..after a hour,i have burning sansation in my penis sir..already i have urithretics ....now my question is can i need to take PEP medicine sir??

Thanks a lot for your resonse sir her age is 48 sir..she is lecturer..she have 2 daughters..one daughters are doing BDS..another daughter is doing B XXXXXXX ..i doubted her charecter after intercourse..i doubt is i enter the vaginal or not...but 15 min i scrub..that time i doubted sir...plse u will help me sir..can i going PEB...?also onething sir..here hiv specialist are not there sir....if u prescribe sir?also my activity must needed PEB sir??

First of all control your emotions.Not every unprotected sex result into a HIV infection.
There are other variables required for contracting a HIV infection.
There is 0.1 to 1.0 % risk of acquiring HIV through unprotected sex with an infected HIV person and in your case your partner status is unknown.
You can't judge one's HIV status by looking at her/him as there are no specific symptoms of HIV .
Considering your scenario ,you should go for PEP if the exposure is within 72 hours.
You can consult at any Govt Hospital(ICTC-Integrated Counseling & Testing Centre) where you can procure a prescription for PEP.

Thanks a lot for your response sir..she told promise her daughters..i never enter her vagina...also she told i never ejaculate..but onething is true sir..i cannot ejaculate..i dont know that reason sir..but my doubt is if i scrub that vaginal area 1 time enter the vaginal hole...its my matter,needed PEP sir??also i saw internet PEP causes some side effects..already i have fatty liver ,IBD and prostitites,sinus sir...still my exposure is 23 hours sir...that means my exposure is yesterday night..in my matter PEP is working sir??

What I could gather from what you have written , you need a PEP , forget about side effects , treatment benefits outweigh side effects .

Don't waste any valuable time if it has not passed 72 hours , procure a prescription and start taking the medicines as per protocol for 28 days .

I ask medical centre...i ask PEP.. he ask prescription sir..plse u will send through mail sir.. plse sir.. my name XXXXXXX mahenthiran.... my mail id- YYYY@YYYY he ask prescriotion today i gone XXXXXXX dermatology doctor..i told my episode..he ask what kind of activities you done..i told scrubbing and i think single time enter my penis to vegina..but she told it can't...after he perform physical examine...also i told plse give PEP..bcoz already 23 hours done..he done physical examine for me..he ask her photo and ask about her..also i told i doubted her charecter...you are not that problem..you have very low risk.. deep peneratation not single times.. lot of times u entered vagina.. that also very rare...he ask some test sir and prescribe medicine- Test-- prostate specific Ag...CRP hmg ESR mantaux urine routine....now iam very felt down sir..please help me sir....you will send prescription sir...2marrow sunday sir...please sir..

Doctor sir what can i do sir..time is gone fast..still i didnt get..today i gone medical shop...i ask truvada...he told that pill medicines are not available in our area...plse u will prescribe the medicine name and dossage sir..iam from tamilnadu sir...

Sir...today her result came..hiv XXXXXXX test became non reactive(nagative)..but her WBC count is 13000...MCV 75.3...MCH 27...RBC 4.6..henoglobin .13.....yesterday night onwards i started PEP sir...yesterday night and morning i taken PEP sir.. can i continue sir??
