Is Dolo 650 Safe To Take For Fever While Breastfeeding?

Question: hi, my wife had 101 degree fever. she had taken dolo 650 1hr ago..now the fever is around 102.6 degree. she is also breast-feeding my 5 months old son. what kind of medications she can take, please advice.

I am sorry to hear that you wife is suffering from fever and despite taking acetaminophen her fever is still elevating. In her cause you can still use aspirin or ibuprofen to help with the fever. You can alternate between acetaminophen and ibuprofen ever two hours to help reduce the fever.
