Brief Answer:
Clinical examination needed.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

A detailed medical history and name of medicines that she might be taking for any other ailment, is needed.
After reading your post, it seems that your mother might be having a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
A clinical evaluation by your doctor will help in planning her medical management.
Some investigations may be helpful like :-
1. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity test).
2. Complete Blood Count (CBC).
3. General Blood Picture (GBP).
You can give her paracetamol 500 mg along with Omeprazole and Domperidone for relief from her symptoms.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
