Brief Answer:
Proper investigations to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and photos attached and i appreciate your concerns.

As per your query most likely causes can be-

The white bits could be a sign of a fungal infection or that you have parasites in your gut. Ova and cysts of parasites and worm may appear in stools as white specks.
On your case you have a history of hard stools and constipation. These digestive issues can cause white mucous to appear along with stool. The white substance in your stool could be mucous. Stool usually contains small amounts of mucous that aren’t usually noticeable. However, large amounts of a whitish substance in your stool can be due to the problem of constipation. Our body is a automatic unit.Whenever there is a problem with functions of body it tries to cope with problem by rebooting its system. As your stools are hard your intestines are secreting large amount of mucous to make the passage of stools smooth through your gut. This increased amount of mucous appears as white specks in your stools.
Infestation of worms or fungal infection especially of Candida can appear as white specks in stools. This can happen if your immune system is severely weakened or you have been taking medications like antibiotics.

Thirdly White stool specks can be caused by a lack of bile which may indicate a serious underlying problem. Bile is a digestive fluid produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. Stool gets its normal brownish color from bile, which is excreted into the small intestine during the digestive process.Due to either lack of bile or blockage in bile duct or improper drainage of bile there may be white specks in stool.

You can't just blame anxiety for all these problems.Anxiety induced constipation or hardstool may have a role in your problem but initially a detailed investigation should be done considering the above possibilities.

Suggestion-
Fecal calproctin test to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.
Stool routine and microscopy test to see ova cyst mucous or parasite in stools.
An ultrasound whole abdomen to rule out any abdominal problem.

Follow up with reports.
Hope i was helpful.
Thanks and warm regards!

Detailed Answer:
Hi again my dear patient,
Anxiety is the sole cause of almost every problem in human body ranging from cardiac to gut.
Anxiety effects the complete system of human body and shatters it.
Though it sounds very general but anxiety is a silent killer.
So we should always take it seriously.

Yes for a proper diagnosis definitely you should see a gastroenterologist.
However to deal with anxiety you could visit a pyschiatrist who would start you on SSRI's like Paroxetine and Anxiolytics like Etizolam for few months.

Yes get the tests done as suggested by me and follow up with reports.

Hope i was helpful.
In case you need any other detail feel free to question.

Thanks and get well soon!
