Brief Answer:
Investigation needed Upper GIT endoscopy to rule out any fish bone.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having fish bone in the side of your throat or Foreign body sensation due to tear from fish bone .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advise the following:

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Antacid syrup &
Tab vitamin C twice daily .

An upper GIT endoscopy is needed to rule out any fish bone & if present, it can be removed under endoscopy .

Till investigation done above treatment plan will give you relief .

Hope this answer helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
