How To Manage Anxiety Symptoms Caused By Adderall Intake?
Question: How can i manage the anxiety and tics I experience ONLY when i take my adderal.

You are already on lexapro 20mg and have anxiety. So,now either you can raise escitalopram to 30mg or taper and stop it and start sertraline or venalafaxine.
All the three are safe options comapred to wellbutrin ( as explained in previous thread).
I too feel you definitely need something for managing your current anxiety levels. This will help your scholl perdormance.
Anxiety in your case can be a combination of adhd and seperate anxiety- depression.
So,there should be abalance of the two drug regimns to stabilize mood.
Please dont worry so much, it is a very common problem ( tics and depression) in adhd cases and seen through out the treatment course. You are lucky having developed it so late. And even now it can be managed successfully.

Would I be able to take clonidine while taking the adderal too.

What about straterra? I know that is a treatment for adhd and tics but I am not sure that straterra will be effective enough for my focus needed. I take a very high dose of adderal because I have struggle focusing so much. Could Straterra be taken with adderall
Right now like I said I am taking 20 mg of lexapro, about 1 mg of lorazapam when needed to relax me while I panic on the adderal, Trazedone about 20 mgs to sleep at night when I can't sleep. I started taking welbutrin 100mg twice a day 2 days ago just to see if helped give me any relief anywhere I am taking 1 pill twice a day should i be doing one at night and one in the morning or taking two at once.

Hello,
1. There are studies where Adderal is used in combination with atomoxetine (straterra) successfully. You can try it after discussing with your doctor. The effect is better than adderal alone and with fewer side effects.
2. The problem of sleep is mainly because of evening dose of adderal. You try taking last adderal dose for the day- prior to 4pm. This may help your sleep significantly. Same goes with straterra.
3. Lorazepam on SOS basis is fine. There is one more moecule which you may try in case of panic attacks or increased anxiety: etizolam- this is safer compared to lorazepam and non addicting also.
4. Wellbutrin should ideally be taken in morning time and not at night. You can take two tablets together.
5. I have used clonidine alone in cases of adhd and not in combination with adderal. But I dont think there will be much issue as it is an altogether different class of drug. You may start with low dose and see how much it helps.
6. Always remember to get complete blood counts, liver and kidney tests done every 6 months.
