Question: would I be able to know if I was having a heart attack I do have anxiety and Gerd had ekg chest xray and blood work done all came back perfect

With a normal EKG and normal bloodwork, it is impossible you are having a heart attack. Both anxiety and GERD can mimic heart attacks exactly, so one of these is the actual cause of your symptoms. Not to worry!
