Question: i wnat to build muscle n want to get teh physics so guide me the steps for gaining weight n muscle so please help me to gain weight n muscle in healthy way

I really do not advise any artificial health/protein supplement for body building.
As these may contain high creatinine level which may damage kidney,some supplement may contain steroid which may be harmful to body in long term.

But if you insist then you can take protein health supplement of nutrilite.
