Question: i had a negative endometrial biopsy three years ago with no hyperplasia, how often do i need a biopsy if weird bleeding continues? I am on warfarin for life. I think blood is from vaginal wall perhaps.

Brief Answer:
YEARLY .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
If the abnormal bleeding continues, you should have an endometrial biopsy and a pelvic scan with a Pap smear yearly.
Hope that answers your question.
That said, the bleeding most likely is due to the warfarin or atrophic vaginal walls, common after menopause.
All the best
