Brief Answer:
If you are having minor laparoscopic surgery you can definitely go on tour.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Al Salam alaikum.

I am Dr Ramadevi wani. I will be answering your concerns.

What is the type of surgery you are having? Is it diagnostic laparoscopy or operative laparoscopy?
After diagnostic laparoscopy and minor operative laparoscopy most women get back to normalcy in 1-2 weeks time. After major operative laparoscopy it takes about 3-4 weeks time. So if you are having minor laparoscopic surgery you can definitely go on tour. If it is major operative laparoscopy it is better that you go on tour after 6 weeks.
In some women recovery is faster. You will appreciate yourself whether you are back to normal. If you feel normal you can go on tour even after major operative laparoscopy.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
Yes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.

Yes. In all probability after this surgery you should be able to go on tour.

Rarely If Doctor releases dense adhesions during surgery, some women have soreness for longer time ( 4-5 weeks). Dense adhesions can be found out at the time of surgery.

I hope this helps.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama

In hysterosalpingograms (Urografin 76% - 20 ml):

Uterus: it is normoflexio, triangular, the cavity sizes slightly exceed the norm, the boundaries are non-clear due to the postoperative sword-cut in the lower segment.

The right-side uterine tube: the contrast substance non-uniformly and difficultly filled all the parts of the right uterine tube, didn't pass to the small pelvis, the ampullar part narrowed.
The left-side uterine tube: the contrast substance contrasted the proximal part of the left-side uterine tube.
The contrast substance was not found in the small pelvis cavity.
Pls give ur suggestion

Brief Answer:
The exact assessment is possible only during laparoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome back. Read your notes carefully.

On the right side you have distal fallopian tube obstruction and on the left side you have obstruction in the middle portion of the tube.
The exact assessment is possible only during laparoscopy.

Tubal surgery can result in Pregnancy rates of up to 75%. It cab be less than this if the tube length post surgery is less than 4 cm and if tubes need lot of manipulation due to adhesions. This surgery needs to be done by experienced laparoscopic surgeon.
Most pregnancies occur in the first year after surgery.
IF you do not conceive in the first year, I advise you to have in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF-ET).
There is a possibility that your surgeon may advise IVF-ET immediately after surgery based on the findings during surgery.

I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
